2025 Filming Plan & Deliverables
🎥 Comprehensive Filming Strategy
For the 2025 Summer Solar Program, we’ve designed a meticulous and impact-driven filming plan. Our team will dedicate a full 6-hour production window on-site at the IBEW Local 134 Union Hall to capture the full range of activity, energy, and emotion from this year’s graduation event.
Over the course of the morning, we will:
- Capture dynamic b-roll and action shots of the celebration and graduation ceremony
- Conduct up to 15 insightful interviews with selected participants, mentors, and REF leaders to deepen the narrative
- Utilize aerial drone footage, when possible, to add a dynamic and elevated visual perspective (weather and airspace permitting)

- Interviews will be conducted by a designated REF staff member
- All content will be tailored and polished for internal REF usage, recruitment, and digital communication

To ensure smooth execution and project planning, we follow a two-part payment structure:
- Initial Deposit – 50%
Due upon confirmation of the project and booking of filming date. This allows us to mobilize our team, secure your spot, and begin pre-production work.
- Final Balance – 50%
Due upon delivery of final approved assets. This final payment reflects satisfaction with our work and successful completion of our agreed deliverables.
