• Our meticulously devised filming strategy includes dedicated half-day sessions (7 AM to 11 AM) on-site at Chicago construction locations (specific addresses pending). Over these four-hour windows, we will meticulously capture b-roll, dynamic action shots of the site's technology, equipment, and interior design work, and utilize drone footage where applicable to enhance the visual experience.
• To deepen the narrative, we will conduct insightful interviews with team members, clients, and stakeholders, painting a vivid picture of the tangible benefits stemming from your company’s advanced technology and expertise. These interviews are designed to be more than informative—they will serve as a powerful call-to-action, engaging and inspiring your audience

Content Strategy:

• Bi-weekly site visits over a 10-month period, focusing on documenting pivotal construction phases and milestones
• Creation of content tailored for both social media impact and in-depth short documentary narratives

Deliverables:

• 5 videos (by month), each ranging from 1.5 to 3 minutes, plus additional 30-second shorts.

• Downloadable MP4 master files in HD (1920 x 1080).
• Integration of Executive Construction's branding, ensuring a consistent and polished image across all content.

• Emergency shoot services are billed at $350/hour for requirements with less than 25 days' notice.
